Refund Policy

Digital Products - Due to the nature of our business and products (downloadable digital goods), items cannot be "returned" once they have been downloaded or accessed. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions - We may offer a replacement or resolution if:

• The file you downloaded is corrupted or technically defective.

• You purchased the same product twice by mistake

In these cases, please contact our support team at info@processacuity.com with your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Chargebacks - Unjustified chargebacks (claiming "item not received" on a downloaded digital file) are a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute such claims with evidence of download logs and access records.
