Why PROCESSACUITY is Different

We don't sell templates. We design operational systems.

ProcessAcuity was built on a simple belief: operational excellence comes from integrated systems that connect leadership intent with daily execution - not from isolated initiatives, slide decks, or disconnected documents.

Our frameworks work across departments as one connected system, clarifying ownership, reducing cross-functional friction, and surfacing risk early.

ProcessAcuity combines complementary perspectives into practical frameworks, operational toolkits, and advisory support designed to help organizations navigate complexity.

What sets us apart is our combined experience. Built from the ground up, across different industries, operational environments, leadership roles, and periods of significant change. We specialize in operational transitions - the moments a company is moving from one operational reality to another, and operational crises - where systems are failing in real time and the cost of every day is rising.

From the shop floor to C-suite - then into Coaching.

Michael spent close to two decades inside global industrial operations - moving from the shop floor through plant management into Global Chief Operations Officer responsibilities across pharmaceuticals and agricultural technology. He has led manufacturing, supply chain, and operational transformation locally and internationally, with hands-on experience in Lean management, Kaizen, Gemba walks, and operational excellence on the floor. His career has been defined by operations under pressure: large-scale crisis response, post-acquisition stabilization, and strategic operational projects across private industry, government agencies, and public-sector organizations. His methodology integrates the structured toolkit of operational consulting - Lean, Kaizen, Gemba, A3, with his People & Processes framework: systems only hold when leadership, culture, and structure are designed together. Since founding Stainmatz Consulting in 2020, he has focused on advisory and coaching for senior executives navigating operational complexity, organizational change, and high-stakes transitions. He works alongside CEOs and senior leadership teams as both a strategic partner and an operations practitioner - bringing the perspective of someone who sits on both sides of the advisory relationship.

THE TEAM

Tamar H. Stainmatz
Operational Transitions & Transformation

Tamar has spent over twenty years inside operations - moving from process engineer on the production floor through plant management to senior leadership across pharmaceuticals, agriculture, food, packaging, plastics, and compostables. Her career has been defined by operational transitions: post-merger integrations, ERP and information system implementations, the move from startup to commercial operations, the shift from B2C to B2B, the move from local to global structures, and restructuring departments through organizational and cultural change. She has led these E2E transitions from inside - not as an external advisor recommending them, but as the executive accountable for delivering them. At ProcessAcuity, Tamar leads operational frameworks and toolkit design, and shapes the editorial voice. Her approach is built on a simple principle: change holds only when the people who have to live with it were part of building it. Her experience enables her to translate senior leadership decisions into practical implementation - working with middle management and the floor to identify gaps and bring solutions that work in the organization's reality. Her focus is the middle management layer - the layer that holds the company together through every transition, where the biggest gap usually lies between executive decisions and operational implementation. The layer that is often left to figure it out alone.

Operations leader. Built from the inside.

WHAT WE DO

How We Work With You

Operational Toolkits

Ready-to-deploy frameworks for inventory, procurement, quality, HR, and supply chain - built from real-world implementation, not consulting theory. Designed to be adapted, not just downloaded

Advisory Engagements

Hands-on partnership for organizations navigating operational complexity. We work alongside leadership and management to diagnose the gaps, design the right systems, and transfer ownership to the teams who will run them long after we leave.

Insights & Frameworks

Original thinking from inside the operations function - published regularly to help operations leaders solve real problems, not chase trends.

WHY THIS COMBINATION WORKS

Two engineers - B.Sc. in biotechnology and chemical engineering, M.Sc. in industrial engineering, both from Ben-Gurion University - who spent decades inside global operations before moving into advisory work. Different paths. Shared foundation.

We speak every language in the room

The warehouse supervisor, the quality engineer, and the CEO are three different conversations. Teams open up because they recognize one of their own - and that's where honest diagnosis starts.

We know what an external advisor cannot do

No advisor transforms an operation alone. The people inside do. We come to structure the work and make sure what we build together holds after we leave. That's the difference between a system that runs and a deck that gets filed.

We know what fails

System rollouts that collapse under resistance. Integrations that break the people doing the work. Policies that look right on paper and miss reality on the floor. We've walked these journeys from the inside - and we build accordingly.

ProcessAcuity exists to help organizations build systems that survive growth, complexity, and change.
